The Sweet Sparkle Studio is my brainchild...Me, Linda Lee Alexander. Born & raised in the quiet suburbs of Chicago, I was always dabbling in the arts, making gifts for family and neighbors and selling my wares at craft shows. You can see a photo of me (with my little Sis) below at my first craft show when I was 10! Unsure of how to pursue a career in the arts that would allow me to eat, I instead graduated college with a Bachelor's of Business Administration and began to pursue the corporate ladder.  
I married my husband Mike and within a few years we were blessed with a darling baby boy, named Ethan. I happily gave up the 80 hour workweeks and uninspiring meetings to stay home and raise our son.
I have learned a lot in the last few years ~ more than I ever learned from classes, college lectures or corporate presentations. I have been humbled by the birth of my son and the loss of my father. And forever imprinted on my heart is the challenge to cherish every blessed moment. And I am so blessed. Family, friendships, love…I have them all…and you are a part of that.
Like many people, this last year has found me full of worry and anxiety about the economy and our personal finances and so I decided to look for a way to supplement our family income. It was important to me that I find something that would allow me to continue to stay home with Ethan, that would use my skills, but most importantly would feed my soul and allow me to give back. That is how the Sweet Sparkle Studio began.
My custom jewelry is made from your beautiful photos of your own blessings. We can transform your photos and add inspiring words to make each piece a treasure which then will become a beautiful, yet simple reminder of what is important in our lives. I hope it will inspire you to slow down, embrace each moment and give thanks for your blessings.
